Building a future free from hate for all Australians.

The Dor Foundation builds the evidence, insights and coordinated action needed to understand antisemitism and hate in Australia and prevent it from eroding our multicultural society.

Antisemitism is no longer on the fringes. It’s visible, organised and amplified.

Antisemitism was once confined to the shameful margins of Australian society. Now normalised, it threatens the unity and shared belonging that multicultural Australia depends on.

As efforts ramp up to protect our social fabric, Dor exists to make them smarter, stronger and more effective.

Through evidence, insight and coordinated action, we're building Australia's capacity to understand what drives hate, and tackle it before it grows.

HOW WE DRIVE CHANGE

Evidence

Building a national evidence base to track how antisemitism is changing, where it is emerging, and how it is experienced across Australia.

Insights

Turning data into clear, usable insight to understand the drivers of hate, inform better decisions and drive evidence-led responses.

Action

Turning insight into coordinated action; connecting leaders and organisations, scaling what works, and innovating with new tools and approaches to stop hate.

Dor strengthens the collective response to antisemitism. We are building the infrastructure needed to understand what is happening, identify what is working and enable action at scale.

No single organisation can solve this alone.

WHY NOW

The work has not changed.
The urgency has.

Antisemitism is growing in scale, speed and severity. What we are seeing now is not new. But it is more obvious, more connected and more consequential.

If left unchecked, it will continue to escalate. Our response must move faster, reach further and operate at a national level.

Your story can shape Australia’s future.

Australia’s Royal Commission into antisemitism and social cohesion is underway. It is a critical opportunity to build a clear national picture and drive meaningful change.

Dor is working with partners across Australia to ensure the evidence, insight and lived experiences needed are captured and acted on.
